Effective 10/1/2009, the AU Employee Pharmacy and the AU Student Pharmacy will discontinue use of the Rx Express refill request. You are encouraged to request refills through the pharmacy's interactive voice response system which can be accessed by calling the pharmacy. If you choose to request a refill or other service from the pharmacy using email, please remember that email is not a secure form of communication.

The AU Student Pharmacy and the AU Employee Pharmacy do not extend store credit. Co-pays and/or other out of pocket expenses are due at the time of pick up or delivery of any prescription or non-prescription item. Payment may be made using cash, check, debit card, credit card, or flex card, or in the AU Student Pharmacy, the bursar account.

 Just fill out a New Patient Form sheet at the AU Pharmacy. We will then establish your record so when you need to fill a prescription, you won’t be delayed. Don’t forget to bring insurance cards.

Remember, we can fill prescriptions from ANY doctor, not just AU Medical Clinic doctors
