Greetings all! When the time on our clocks "spring forward," we at HSOP know that school events will be coming as rapidly as the energizer bunny. This breakneck pace will keep up until graduation in May. Then the final stage of renovation will begin during the summer. Perhaps it would help us all to take a deep breath and contemplate the beauty of Spring as the poet Emily Dickinson did: " A light exists in Spring not present on the year at any other period when March is scarcely here." She's right, you know. Now, if you're feeling more relaxed, we have a couple of important announcements for you.

• HSOP and MOBILE OPEN HOUSE - March 29
You're Invited to the 2008 Harrison School of Pharmacy Open House on Saturday, March 29, from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. Both the Auburn Campus and the Mobile Campus will have their own schedule of events. Now's your chance to meet personally with the Dean. New and prospective students and parents will have a chance to  receive on-site advising for prospective student pharmacists. The Compounding Lab Demo and the State of the Art Technology Demo are both quite interesting. Faculty and students will be available for free health care screenings and will answer questions about medications. Tours of the Educational and Clinic Wing will also be conducted by students. Refreshments will be provided. The date is also A-Day. But you'll have time to drop by HSOP before you attend the game. We look forward to seeing you here.
