Allison (Ally) Brown was born and raised in Pike Road, Alabama where she currently resides with her husband, Patrick and their three dogs who are their world. She joined the Harrison College of Pharmacy in November 2023. She proudly serves as the Practice Manager at the SEIB State Wellness Center and Pharmacy in Montgomery, Alabama, where she oversees daily operations, leads a multidisciplinary team of clinical staff, and collaborates on strategic initiatives to improve patient care and organizational efficiency.
Brown received her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management from the University of South Alabama. Prior to joining HCOP, she was the Practice Manager of Alabama Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Montgomery, Alabama. She is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at Auburn University at Montgomery, which provides the flexibility and academic rigor needed to advance her leadership journey while continuing to work full-time.
In March 2025, she joined as a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) to further her professional development and connect with experienced healthcare leaders. She is an active member of the ACHE and currently serves on the board as Co-Director of Region 3 for ACHE of Alabama, where she supports regional engagement, professional development, and early-careerist involvement across the state.
She is passionate about serving others, building strong professional relationships, and making a positive impact on the lives of patients and colleagues. She is eager to continue learning, growing, and contributing to the advancement of healthcare in her home state of Alabama.
